Asuro xTend - the ultimate extention für the Asuro

The Asuro xTend Control Board is a very powerful processor extention with an ATxMega.
Programming of the Asuro under C++ is easy and efficient. To flash the controller a new Flash Programming Tool and a USB Interface is available. The slow flash programminig of the Asuro Robot is under normal circumtances not often required anymore. A complete C++ library for all hardware components - inclusive Display (2 x 8 Character), 3 buttons and optional available Asuro Sensor modules is available. A Software Manual with a description of the software structure and basic examples in C++ is part of the package.
Eventually exisiting Asuro Extention modules (e.g. Snake Vision ARX-SNK20, Ultra-sonic ARX-ULT-10) can be used together with the Asuro xTend. In addtion, the line follower hardware (LED and Photo-Transistoren) works in parallel - no removal required.

Asuro Compass / Gyro Module

3D accelerometer, 3D magnetometer and 3D gyroscope module for robotic, indoor navigation and motion detection.
Highly integrated IC with many parameterization possibilities for optimization to the application.

Asuro RTC Module

A real time clock module (RTC) with backup battery - automatically recharing during operation.
24 or 12 hour (AM/PM) mode - time in seconds, minutes, hours, date (day, month, year and week day), automatic leap year correction.
The low power RTC IC provides two programmable alarm settings per day.
